Christ died for us

Christ died for us.  He gave His all for us so that we could be forgiven, so that we would not have to receive the wages of sin.  He gave His all so that we could receive the grace of God.

What is our response?  Do we live for Him?  Live a life honouring Him in thanks for what He has given us?  Are our lives a living sacrifice of worship to Him?

Do people look at us and see Him?

Do people look at us and see the Gospel in action?  A life of serving others?

Or do people look at us and see “one day a week” Christians who do not serve Him, but themselves?  Do they see people who are self seeking, who do not “give back” to their families, their communities, or God?

Think carefully about who or what is first in your lives.
